Delete your BookAmigo account

You can ask us to delete your BookAmigo account and its personal data at any time. This applies to both the website and the BookAmigo Android app.

How to request deletion

1. Email padalaamar@gmail.comfrom your registered email, or mention your registered mobile number, with the subject “Delete my BookAmigo account”.
2. We confirm the request with a one-time password sent to your registered number or email.
3. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and we email you once it is done.

Please finish or cancel any active bookings first. Unused wallet balance is forfeited on deletion.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email address and profile photo
• Saved addresses and their map coordinates
• Favourites, notifications and chat messages
• For professionals: profile, bio, services and availability

What we keep, and for how long

• Booking, payment, refund and payout records, with personal details removed, for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
• Reviews you wrote stay visible, shown without your name.
